Missed Classes
Once the program has started, if an athlete is unable to attend one or more sessions, refunds or make-up classes cannot be offered.
Withdrawal from the Program
Withdrawals from the program are subject to:
- A $25 administrative fee, plus
- $40 per session that has occurred at the time of withdrawal.
- Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued after the second session has taken place, regardless of attendance.
Vaughan Volleyball League operates based on permits issued by the Woodbridge Sportsdome. If a permit is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, we will make every effort to provide a make-up session for affected athletes.
If a make-up session is not possible, participants will receive a credit voucher for future use in Vaughan Volleyball League programs.
Please note that unless a permit is officially cancelled, the program will run as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.
